Pumpkin raviolis with sage butter wilted greens, Tian of crab with roast lobster dressing,  Whiting fillets in lemon and rosemary breadcrumbs with black plum chutney.

Grilled fillets of flounder with chive and brown shrimp sauce
Pan fried plaice fillets with young beetroot, red chard, watercress and crisp bacon

Sticky toffee apple with cinnamon brioche and blackberry compote
