Situated just off The Salts, Rye Bay Fish offers a wide choice of fish and shellfish, including Rye Bay scallops (in season), Rye Bay plaice, Dover sole, dabs and mackerel caught by the Rye fishing fleet.  Opening hours 7.30am till 5pm, seven days a week.   
A 10% discount will be offered during the festival for anyone carrying a Taste of Rye guide.

This family-run company, trading for 30 years, sells fresh fish and shellfish landed directly from Rye’s fishing fleet.  They produce hot and cold smoked fish on-site for both wholesale and retail trade.

Sweet Williams always has a fabulous display and a very varied choice of fruit, vegetables and flowers for sale.  They offer seasonal, local produce including apples, plums and pears from the nearby village of Wittersham, plus lovely fresh local vegetables such as spinach, cabbage, radish and pak-chow from Roland Longly of Icklesham.  Or why not come in a try some of the tasty Sprouting Broccoli grown by Peter Rider at nearby Peasmarsh?  They also supply flowers and local dairy products all year round.

Established for over 100 years Romney Marsh lamb and Sussex beef and game are a speciality at Ashbee's along with rare breed pork – all meat is sourced from local farms.  Ashbee's also offer prize winning sausages including Kentish Pork with hops, Lamb and Mint and Pork and Leek.

Ashbee's will show case pork, lamb and beef from local farms during the festival – watch out for very special offers.

J Wickens is a Rick Stein Food Hero and has been recommended by top Chef John Torrode.  All meat is sourced from local farms and includes Romney Marsh Lamb and Sussex beef.  There is also a great selection of delicatessen items including cheeses, pies, and goats and ewes milk.  A selection of wines are also available.
J Wickens will showcase beef, lamb and pork from local farms during the festival and watch out for very special offers.
